Thank you for supporting original art. Because each sculpture is a unique, handcrafted piece, I maintain a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of my work.
All Sales are Final: Due to the artistic and unique nature of the sculptures, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the item has been delivered.
Product Representation: It is the buyer's responsibility to review all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and photos provided on the website prior to purchase.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that a sculpture arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address] with clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will work with you to find a solution.
Order Cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to the "No Return" policy.

מדיניות החזרה: בשל אופיים הייחודי והאמנותי של המוצרים, אין אפשרות להחזיר מוצר או לבטל עסקה לאחר קבלתו. כל המכירות הן סופיות.

מוצרים פגומים או שבורים: במקרה נדיר שבו הפסל הגיע פגום עקב המשלוח, יש להודיע לנו בכתב (בצירוף צילום של הנזק והאריזה) בתוך 48 שעות מרגע קבלת המשלוח. אנו נבחן כל מקרה לגופו לצורך תיקון או פתרון הולם.
ביטול עסקה טרם השילוח: ניתן לבטל הזמנה כל עוד היא טרם נשלחה ללקוח, בכפוף לדמי ביטול כחוק.
